We are an investment company focused on new and innovative technology companies. AMD Pro Enterprises Inc. is a new startup backing the founders building what comes next, from first funding round through pre-IPO.

We invest where we have lived and worked: the physical infrastructure that holds the economy up, the financial discipline that makes capital last, and the media and software businesses that reach people directly. Bringing in investors

We are building a circle of accredited investors, family offices, and operators who want a seat at the table in private technology companies without having to source and vet every deal themselves. Each opportunity we present has been reviewed by a founder with direct experience in that sector.

Bringing in pre-IPO companies

We look for technology companies with real revenue, a product people already pay for, and a leadership team preparing for the next stage, including a public offering. For those companies we offer growth capital, introductions to our investor network, and hands-on help with the operational and financial groundwork an IPO requires.

Anthony Masters

Co-founder — Building, Structural Engineering & Infrastructure

Anthony's background is in building and structural engineering, the work he describes as the backbone of the economy. He has spent his career around projects where the margin for error is measured in inches and the timelines are measured in years, which shapes how he evaluates a company: does the plan hold up under load?

At AMD Pro he leads diligence on construction technology, engineering software, materials, smart-building systems, and any company whose product has to survive contact with the physical world.

Invests in: construction tech, infrastructure and engineering software, materials, property technology.

Megan Rehill

Co-founder — Finance & Portfolio Diversification

Megan brings the financial discipline to the partnership. Her experience is in portfolio construction and diversification, and she is responsible for how AMD Pro balances risk across sectors, stages, and time horizons so that no single outcome defines the fund.

She leads investor relations and reporting, structures each deal, and evaluates fintech, payments, insurance technology, and the financial infrastructure companies that other startups depend on.

Invests in: fintech, financial infrastructure, insurtech, data and analytics platforms.

Daniel Friedman

Co-founder — Entrepreneurial Tech & Media

Daniel is an entrepreneur who has built businesses in both media and software, producing commercial and film work for national brands while developing his own technology products. He knows what it takes to launch something from zero, and he reads founders as much as decks.

At AMD Pro he leads sourcing in media technology, consumer software, marketplaces, and creative tools, and works with portfolio companies on brand, product, and go-to-market.

Invests in: media and entertainment technology, consumer apps, marketplaces, creative and AI tools.
